FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY

Fascial Stretch Therapy® or FST®, is a system of manual, assisted stretch techniques that includes comprehensive joint capsule, fascial and muscular stretching. FST® is different than what we think of as traditional stretching or bodywork, in that it is more functional and dynamic. Unlike traditional stretching or bodywork that only attempts to work on muscles, FST®engages the entire myofascial system by targeting muscles as well as their neighboring joints, ligaments, tendons, and bones to eliminate pain, improve mobility, restore impaired function & optimize athletic performance.

 

GRASTON TECHNIQUE

Graston Technique® is a unique, evidence-based form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) that enables clinicians to effectively address scar tissue, fascial restrictions and range of motion through comprehensive training, resulting in improved patient outcomes.

Graston® uses specially designed stainless steel instruments, along with appropriate therapeutic exercise & stretching, to specifically detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation. The instruments also are used diagnostically to follow the kinetic chain, to locate and treat the cause of the symptom as well as the specific area of pain. Although the instruments may be hard-edged, the techniques do not need to be aggressive to deliver superior patient outcomes. Graston® Technique is used as an effective protocol to gain & maintain range of motion, and has been perfected by trained clinicians over the past 20+ years! 

CUPPING THERAPY

Cupping Therapy utilizes suction and negative pressure to decrease myofascial restrictions, loosen muscles, encourage blood flow and relax the nervous system. Cupping Therapy has been used for ages to not only relieve pain and reduce myofascial stiffness, but also to decrease anxiety, fatigues, migraines, rheumatism and even cellulite.
